Blue Legend will only work to customer satisfaction; payments at fixed milestones by predetermined acceptance criteria. A small goodwill start payment is normal, but by no means mandatory. You only pay for success - a guaranteed win-win relationship.

We offer fixed-price costings and, in some cases, pay-as-you-go development resource. Where necessary, we can offer low cost prototyping and investigative-only options in order to fully itemise developments before offering a fixed price costing.

To reduce the perceived outsourcing risk, we offer full weekly status reports, risks lists, (see comment on Policies ) and can advise on how best to tackle software related issues.

Support is offered to all project deliverables for a negotiated period of time, depending on the project in question.

Intellectual rights to software usually reside with the final support agency, which can either be the customer, or ourselves.

We can work on-site or off-site, though costs are usually lower when work is done locally at base (our office).
